Fall 2010 (begins August 17)

Welcome to Campus Cuisine! My name is Sims McCorkle and I look forward to being your Campus Cuisine representative.  Lunch is provided by a different vendor each day of the week. The vendors for the fall semester are Café Carolina, Chick-fil- A, Red, Hot and Blue and Subway. Also, each day we are offering the option of a salad and potato bar provided by Huey's Catering.

You may participate from one to four days a week. Each vendor offers a variety of selections from their menu. Notice that the milk order is also included on this form. If you want to order milk for lunch, please be sure to fill out this portion of your form. All lunches and milk orders must be prepaid. For those of you with Microsoft Excel, you may mark a “1” by your selection and the Excel form below will automatically calculate your total. Then print the sheet and mail in with your check made payable to St. David's School.If you do not have Microsoft Excel, you may print the Adobe Acrobat file and fill out the form.

Various lunch items will be sold in the Snack Shack location – soup, Hot Pockets ® , cereal, chips, and sports drinks.

To take advantage of the St. David's Campus Cuisine Program, please mail or bring your order and check to St. David's School Attn: Sims McCorkle by August 6th. If you have any questions, please call Sims McCorkle at 782-3331.

Friday will continue to be Warrior Club Pizza Day. Pizza orders are separate from Campus Cuisine and your money is paid directly to the Warrior Club, not to St. David's School. For more questions about the Pizza Day, please contact the Warrior Club.
